This chapter is from 《Si Ku Quan Shu》.  English Translation name is 'imperial collection of four'. It was edit by Ji XiaoLan during Emperor QianLong Time in Qing Dynasty.
There are four parts of 《Si Ku Quan Shu》.  They are Jing, Shi, Zi, Ji. It contains almost all the best Chinese culture and history articles.
It is called Chinese Bible.
